CCGMS President - Jim HaegeCobb County Gem and Mineral Society (CCGMS) is a group of people with a common interest in rocks and minerals who formed a non-profit organization located in Marietta, Georgia. We are dedicated to the studying and collecting of rocks, minerals, gemstones, and fossils and the practice of lapidary arts.

CCGMS wants to provide a learning format that is fun, educational, and socially interactive.  We seek ways to give back to the community through shows, exhibits and classes.
